Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City is pleased to announce Thanksgiving at Borgata.  Borgata’s award-winning culinary team, lead by Executive Chef Tom Biglan, have created a variety of contactless and socially-distant dining options, featuring Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go by BorgataEats, delicious desserts by Borgata Baking Company, and prix-fixe dinner menus at the resort’s variety of fine dining restaurants.


Contactless BorgataEATS Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go

Chef Tom Biglan has created a delicious Thanksgiving meal that guests can pre-order and safely pick up at the resort.  On the menu: Whole Roast Turkey with gravy and cranberry sauce; Sage Bread Pudding; Cornbread Stuffing; Glazed Sweet Mashed Potatoes with Marshmallows; Sautéed Green Beans with onions; Macaroni & Cheese; and Mashed Potatoes. This stress-free feast that serves 8 is $275 and can be ordered by calling 609-317-8EAT.


Pick up will be available Wednesday, November 25 from 2PM – 5PM or Thursday, November 26 (Thanksgiving Day) from 9AM – 2PM. Guests will arrive near the entrance to Borgata Beer Garden on the Surface Parking Lot during a designated pick-up time for convenient contactless pick-up. They’ll show a valid ID and confirmation #, open their trunk, and a Borgata Team Member will load the order into the vehicle. Heating instructions will be provided upon pick-up.


Thanksgiving Dessert from Borgata Baking Company

Enjoy signature sweet treats created by Borgata’s new Executive Pastry Chef, Tom Vaccaro.   The resort’s tasty culinary-driven bakery, Borgata Baking Company, is offering Pumpkin Pie ($14), Apple Crumb Pie ($16), Pecan Pie ($16) and New York Cheesecake ($20) for pre-order from November 1-22, 2020.  Guests simply stop by Borgata Baking Company to place their order and pick-up at 11AM on Tuesday, November 24 through Thursday, November 26 at 6PM.  These delicious treats can also be added on to a guest’s Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go.

Delight in a delicious holiday meal at Borgata’s fine dining restaurants and enjoy speciality prix-fixe menus for a stress-free, socially-distant Thanksgiving worth savoring.  The menus are as follows:


Bobby Flay Steak: Maple Horseradish Glazed Turkey; Smoked Chile Gravy; Sweet Potato Gratin; Cornbread; Wild Mushroom and Bacon Stuffing; Cranberry Fig and Pinot noir Chutney. ($29/per person)


Angeline by Michael Symon: Choice of Minestrone Soup or Classic Caesar Salad; Roasted Turkey Breast; Turkey Confit Stuffing; Creamy Polenta; Cranberry Chutney; choice of Pumpkin Tiramisu or Gelato. ($39/per person)


Izakaya by Michael Schulson: Choice of Baby Greens, Edamame Dumpling, or Miso Soup; Choice of California Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Chicken Robi, or Korean BBQ; Choice of Roasted Duck Breast, Karaage “Hot” Fried Chicken, or Soy Glazed Salmon; Choice of Chestnut Rice, Brussels Sprouts, our Cauliflower; Choice of Assorted Mochi or Ice Cream Sushi. ($39/per person)


Old Homestead: Jersey Fresh Butternut Squash Soup; Spinach Salad; Sliced White Turkey Breast with apple, poppy, and Calvados stuffing, French green beans almandine, mashed sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, and goblet gravy; Choice of Country Style Pecan Pie or Pumpkin Pie. ($65/per person).


Per NJ Governor Phil Murphy’s Executive Order, indoor dining operations are permitted at 25% capacity with social distance between tables. When seated at their table or individual seat, indoor dining patrons must wear masks until their food or drinks arrive. After they have finished consuming their food or drinks, they must put their mask back on. Digital menus are available for guests to view on mobile devices via QR code. Reservations for fine dining outlets are required, guests may call 609.317.1000 to book.
